2. Orders & Payments

  • We accept payments via Stripe only.

  • Orders are subject to availability and may be cancelled if a product is out of stock. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

  • Order cancellations may be accepted but are subject to the supplier’s terms and conditions. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver within the UK only.

  • Our standard delivery time is within 7 days from the order date.

  • Customers will receive tracking information once the order has been dispatched.

  • We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by third-party suppliers or couriers.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Customers may return or exchange products within 14 days of receiving them, provided the item is unopened and in its original packaging.

  • Returns and exchanges are subject to the supplier’s return policy. If the supplier does not accept returns, we may not be able to process a refund.

  • Refunds will be issued, minus shipping fees.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

5. Product Descriptions & Pricing

  • All product descriptions and images are for illustrative purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, variations may occur.

  • We do not charge VAT at this time.

  • If an item is out of stock, it will either not be displayed on our website or a refund will be issued if purchased before the update.

  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time.

  • We are not responsible for delivery delays, manufacturing defects, or damages caused by third-party suppliers.

  • Luxe Chelsea Living is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.
