Returns and Refunds Policy
At Luxe Chelsea Living, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our policy below, which aligns with our suppliers’ terms and conditions.
Returns Policy
Luxe Chelsea Living does not accept returns. However, if your product arrives with missing parts or is damaged during delivery, our suppliers will send replacement parts free of charge.
To qualify for replacement parts:
All damages and defects must be reported before assembly and within 3 days of delivery.
Clear photos of the damage along with your order details must be provided when reporting the issue.

Supplier-Specific Returns Eligibility
If a return is necessary under the supplier’s policy, the following conditions apply:
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
Returns must be requested within the timeframe set by our suppliers:

Faulty or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
Returns Process
Customers must return items directly to the supplier. Return addresses and instructions will be provided upon request.
A return fee may apply, depending on the supplier’s policy.
If an item is faulty or broken, the supplier will cover return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once the supplier receives and inspects the return, they will confirm approval for a refund.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 working days of confirmation.
A 10% restocking fee will apply to non-faulty returns, as per supplier policies.
Exchanges
Luxe Chelsea Living does not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please place a new order and request a return for the original purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
Any exclusions listed by our suppliers will apply. Please check product descriptions for details before purchasing.
